Do you use laser or inkjet printing?

Laser printing is used for documents, and inkjet printing is used for large-format prints and posters.

Do you check the colour settings?

We don`t provide colour management. Occasionally, machine and ink variances may cause a subtle colour difference in the printed output.

How many products can I order at once?

There is a limit on the number of products you can add to your basket Max 10. However, our maximum quantity per document is 99,999.

Do you provide free samples?

We do not currently provide free samples. However, as we have no minimum order quantity, we encourage you to order one copy.

What is production time?

Production time refers to how soon the order will be produced. We offer 4 production times: Same day, Next day, 2 days and 5 days.

Accepted File Types

Which file types do you accept?

PDF is the preferred file format. Whilst we do also accept Microsoft Word files up to 50MB in size, we advise against uploading them.

Yes, we accept Microsoft Word files up to 50MB in size. However, we advise against uploading them, as PDF is the preferred format.

No, we do not accept Microsoft Publisher (.pub) files. Please convert your Microsoft Publisher file to PDF prior to uploading.

We cannot accept Microsoft Excel files. Please export your Excel file as a PDF. You can then upload the PDF to our website for printing.

No, we cannot accept Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai) and InDesign (.indd) files. However, we can accept PDF files.

No, we cannot accept image file types such as jpeg, bmp and png etc. Please convert to PDF prior to upload.

Can I add multiple documents to my basket?

The number of documents which can be added to your basket for 5-day orders is unlimited. There is a limit of 25 items for same-day/next-day.

Can I upload a file with bleed and crop marks?

Files with bleed are welcome; however, if crop marks are added as part of the image, they will not be recognised.
