How does Doxzoo work?

Paper size refers to the printed size of your artwork/document. We can print in several sizes. Please check the list.

Which paper sizes are available?

We can print in the following default sizes: A7, A6, A5, A4, A3, B5, Half Letter, Letter, Small Card (55 x 85 mm), DL and more.

Which paper sizes can I print?

No, we do not offer a custom size service. Please check our standard paper sizes for each product or contact us via live chat.

Can you print custom size documents?

As a result of our automated processing system, Doxzoo will not perform any artwork checks or proofreading prior to printing.

Would you be able to review my artwork prior to printing it?

Laser printing is used for documents, and inkjet printing is used for large-format prints and posters.

Do you use laser or inkjet printing?

We don`t provide colour management. Occasionally, machine and ink variances may cause a subtle colour difference in the printed output.

Do you check the colour settings?

There is a limit on the number of products you can add to your basket Max 10. However, our maximum quantity per document is 99,999.

How many products can I order at once?

We do not currently provide free samples. However, as we have no minimum order quantity, we encourage you to order one copy.

Production time refers to how soon the order will be produced. We offer 4 production times: Same day, Next day, 2 days and 5 days.
