No. Once your order has been confirmed and assigned an order number, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Customers have a 15 minute grace period after placing an order to make changes or cancel before production begins.
Once this 15 minute window has passed and your order has been confirmed with an order number, we are unable to make any amendments: i.e. any upgrades, downgrades, artwork changes, paper changes, address changes, or cancellations.
This applies even if:
Your client changes their mind after ordering
You contact us shortly after the deadline
You have not yet received dispatch confirmation
For same day production orders, the cut-off time is 1pm (GMT), Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this time will automatically move to the next available production service.
Please ensure:
Your artwork is final before ordering
Your product specifications are correct
Your delivery address is accurate
Payment is completed before the cut-off time
You do not offer last-minute amendments to your customers if you are using our same-day service
If you need to make changes after placing an order, you must do so within the 15 minute editing window before the order is confirmed.

15 minute edit window ends at 12:55pm
Order enters production and receives order number
No further edits or cancellation possible
Example:
Order placed at 12:58pm
Payment completes at 1:01pm
Same day cut-off missed
Order automatically moves to next day production
