Your order ID is the order number stated on your order confirmation email.

This order ID should be used in all correspondence with us regarding your order.

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after ordering.

If you have not received an order confirmation email:

Please check your spam folder.

If there is still no sign of your order confirmation email, please contact us via Live Chat stating your account name, email address and payment method (card or PayPal).

An initial 'your order is placed' email is sent immediately after ordering. This email includes a link to edit your order.

An order confirmation email is then sent 15 minutes after ordering for same day orders and 60 minutes after ordering for all other orders.

If you have not received an order confirmation email:

Please login and check your order history. If the order is not displaying here, it has not been confirmed.

Did you edit your order?

If you place your order and use the edit option within the 15 or 60 minute editable time period, you must ensure you checkout again. If payment is not made for the edited order, your order will be cancelled and no order confirmation email will be generated.

Please also note that if you click to edit your order and do not make any changes, you must still checkout again to resubmit the order.
