We do not have a minimum order quantity. You can order any documents, from 1 to 1,000 copies. We do impose a £5 minimum product total.

Our minimum product total is £5, excluding delivery and production fees. If the basket product total is under £5, it will be rounded to £5.

Actually, it is possible to apply multiple promo codes to order. A maximum of 1 code can be applied per order.

Can multiple promo codes be applied to 1 order?

Can I have a discount code?

Discount codes cannot be applied to existing orders. They must be applied at the time of order, prior to payment being made.

Can I apply a discount code to an existing order?

The quantity discount only applies to the items ordered within that specific order. Orders can`t be combined to benefit from discounts.

Doxzoo is fully compliant with these new measures; however, a declined payment indication can still occur for several reasons.

Your Order Confirmation email acts as a VAT receipt. Please store a copy securely for your own accounts records.

Can I get a copy of my order receipt?

Not all products incur VAT; please check the article 'How much VAT is payable on my order?'. If VAT is payable, it will be on your receipt.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

20% VAT is payable on the following products; Posters, Foam display boards, Architectural drawings, CAD plans and more.
