Most banks and card payment services have introduced more rigorous checks for online payments to help prevent fraudulent use.

Doxzoo is fully compliant with these new measures however a declined payment indication can still occur for the following reasons even if you have entered the correct card details

Cache - your browser can sometimes save your card details on your device. These details are not visible to us but helps you autofill your payment fields. Check to make sure this is correct and up to date.

Pop Ups - some card providers use pop ups to notify you of security warnings - please ensure this is switched on so you receive their message as this may be part of the transaction approval process.

Browser - our preferred browser is Chrome so as a last resort use this if you are not already doing so.
