If VAT is payable, it will be itemised on your receipt.
For non-registered users:
Your Order Confirmation email acts as a VAT receipt. Please store a copy securely for your own accounts records.
We are not able to resend these emails more than 7 days after an order is placed.
If you require a downloadable receipt, please ensure you register before ordering. Downloadable receipts will only be available for orders placed as a logged in user.
For registered users:
Login
Go to 'My Orders' > 'Orders' as shown in the top right hand menu
Search for an order
Click the green 'Receipt' button and a PDF receipt will be downloaded to your device
From 18th August 2025- A PDF receipt will be attached to your confirmation email, whether you placed your order as a guest or while logged in.
