For data protection reasons, orders can only be discussed with the person who placed the order (or account holder, if registered).
If an employee, colleague, family member, friend or associate has placed an order that you need to discuss with us, please ask them to contact us directly instead.
To obtain a receipt for an order:
Non-registered customers - please ask the account holder to refer to their order confirmation email. This acts as the receipt.
Registered customers - please ask the account holder to login and download their receipt.
