Yes, we do accept Microsoft Word files (.doc and .docx) up to 50MB in size. However we advise against uploading them, as PDF is the preferred format.

Please convert your Microsoft Word file to PDF prior to upload, as this will better retain the integrity of your file and formatting.

​How to convert a Microsoft Word file to PDF

1) Open your document in Microsoft Word and go to 'File' > 'Export' > 'Create PDF/XPS Document' > 'Create PDF/XPS'

2) Enter a file name and click 'Publish'
3) A PDF version of your original file will be saved
4) Upload the PDF version to our website for printing

If you cannot save a PDF version of the file on your PC, an online tool such as Sejda.com, SmallPdf.com or FreePDFConvert.com will achieve the same result.
