Do I need to register to use the site?

We offer a business account subject to various eligibility requirements. This provides users with the option to pay by invoice or by card.

Product settings allow you to save and apply a product configuration to future documents. This time-saving feature is for registered users.

The 'Saved Products' option allows registered Doxzoo users to save a production configuration and document for later use.

The reorder option is available for registered users only. The original order must have been placed using the same account to reorder.

Go to 'My Orders' as shown in the top right-hand menu. Order history will be shown here, with the status for each order shown in the column.

Your Order Confirmation email acts as a VAT. Please store a copy for your records. We can resend emails up to 7 days after the order.

Registered Doxzoo users have the ability to edit an order for a short time after placing it. Non-registered users cannot edit their orders.
