For registered users:

1) Go to 'My Orders' > 'Document Library' as shown in the top right hand menu.

2) Tick the small grey box to the left of the files you wish to delete. To delete all files, tick the 'Select all' option.

3) Click 'Manage selected files'

4) Click 'Delete'

5) Click 'OK' and your file(s) will be removed from the Document Library

For non-registered users:

If an order has been placed, files are automatically deleted after 14 days.

If an order has not been placed, files are deleted when the associated basket item is deleted. To delete a basket item, go to your basket and click 'Delete'.
