How to add labels to files

We recommend using the 'Labels' option to organise your Document Library. Multiple labels can be added to a single file.

To organise your Document Library, we recommend using the 'Labels' option.

Multiple labels can be added to a single file and labels can be used to group files together.

How to add a label:

1) Go to 'My Orders' > 'Document Library' as shown in the top right hand menu.
2) Tick the small grey box to the left of the file(s) you wish to label
3) Click 'Manage selected files'
4) Type a label, press enter and click 'Save'

How to search for files by their label:

1) Go to 'My Orders' > 'Document Library' as shown in the top right hand menu.
2) Type the label title into the search bar and click the search icon

3) Alternatively, click on the label name under 'Labels' on the left of the page.

4) To revert the search/remove the label filter, clear the search bar or deselect the label name by clicking on it.

How to remove a label:

1) Tick the small grey box to the left of the file(s) associated with the label.
2) Click the X next to the label name to remove it

3) Click 'Save'

How to rename a label:

Labels cannot be renamed. Instead, please delete the existing label and add a new label.
