How to upload files

For non-registered users, files can be uploaded using the 'Upload your document' buttons shown throughout the site.

For non-registered users:

Files can be uploaded using the 'Upload your document' buttons shown throughout the site.

  1. Click the upload button and an upload panel will appear.

  2. Files can then be added from your computer, Dropbox or Google Drive

  3. On mobiles and tablets, device specific options may be available. E.g. iCloud.

  4. Locate and select the file for printing. The upload will begin automatically.

  5. Select a product to print and continue to configure your document (it is also possible to select a product first and then upload)

For registered users:

Files can be uploaded using the 'Upload your document' buttons shown throughout the site.

  1. Click the upload button and an upload panel will appear.

  2. Files can then be added from your computer, Dropbox, Google Drive or Doxzoo library

  3. On mobiles and tablets, device specific options may be available. E.g. iCloud.

  4. If you upload from your computer, Dropbox or Google Drive, you can choose whether or not to 'save the uploaded files in my Doxzoo library'.

  5. Locate and select the file for printing. The upload will begin automatically.

  6. If you choose the 'Add from Doxzoo Library' option, search for the relevant file and tick the small grey box to the left to select it. Then click 'Open' to add the file to your document.

  7. Click 'Add another file' to add multiple files if required. Repeat steps 1 to 6 for each file.

  8. Select a product to print and continue to configure your document (it is also possible to select a product first and then upload)

Files can also be uploaded directly to your Doxzoo Document Library (accessible via the 'My Orders' menu).

  1. Login and go to 'My Orders' > 'Document Library'

  2. Click the 'Upload a document' button shown in the top right corner

  3. Files can then be added from your computer, Dropbox or Google Drive

  4. On mobiles and tablets, device specific options may be available. E.g. iCloud.

  5. Locate and select the file for printing. The upload will begin automatically.

  6. If you wish to place an order with this file, tick the small grey box to the left of the file name. Then click the 'Manage selected files' button. 

  7. Choose 'create a basket item' and continue to configure your document.
