Our file size limits are; Max file size - PDF: 1GB total (including combined files). Max file size - DOC and PPT: 50MB

What is your file size limit?

The number of documents which can be added to your basket for 5-day orders is unlimited. There is a limit of 25 items for same-day/next-day.

Can I add multiple documents to my basket?

Files with bleed are welcome; however, if crop marks are added as part of the image, they will not be recognised.

Yes, choose the 'Add from Dropbox' option during the upload process. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Can I upload files from Dropbox?

Files will be kept for 14 days from the date of production. This is to allow for reprints if necessary. Files can be deleted as required.

How long will my files be stored?

We recommend using the 'Labels' option to organise your Document Library. Multiple labels can be added to a single file.

How to add labels to files

If you are a registered user, you will have the option to select files stored in your file library. Select the 'Add from Doxzoo Library'.

How to combine multiple files into 1 document

Go to Document Library, as shown in the top right-hand menu. Tick the small grey box to the left of the files you wish to delete.

How to delete files

We do not have the option to specify a page range or split a file for printing. Your entire file will be printed.

Can I print a page range in my file/split a file?

If you've received a message that there's a problem with your file, then you'll need to compress your files and re-upload them to our site.
