How to order for collection

During checkout, select the "collect in person" tab on the delivery page. This allows you to collect your order from our Central London.

During checkout, select the 'collect in person' tab shown on the delivery page.

This allows you to collect your order from our collection points.

Opening times:
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

If you place an order for collection you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.

When collecting, please share your Order ID at reception upon arrival.

Note: some products and configurations (e.g. comb binding and velo binding) are not available for collection. In this instance, the 'Collect in person' tab will not be available.

Please collect your order within 7 days of your collection date. If you are unable to collect it, please contact us via Live Chat within the 7 day period. We cannot store orders indefinitely.
