To configure your cover, click '4. Cover' and the blue 'Configure cover' button during the configure & preview stage. A range of options.

A 120 gsm front cover can be added to stapled documents.

To configure your cover, click '4. Cover' and the blue 'Configure cover' button during the configure & preview stage.

You will then be presented with a range of cover options:

If 'cover design is included' is selected for your front cover:

  • Configure your front cover - you can opt to 'move' or 'copy' page 1 (move is recommended in most instances)

  • Click 'Continue', proceed to the 'Cover design tool' tab and click 'Save & continue'

  • Configure your cover options and click 'Continue'

  • View your 'Cover preview' and click the 'Confirm' button to return to your full document preview

If 'upload a cover design' is selected for your front cover:

If you have already created your cover artwork as a separate file, it is possible to upload it.

It must be a 1 page PDF only.

  • Ensure your cover artwork adheres to the specified dimensions

  • Click the 'Upload front cover' button and 'Continue' when complete

  • Configure your cover options

  • Review your cover preview

  • Click the 'Confirm' button to return to your full document preview and proceed to checkout using the 'go to basket' button.

If 'design a cover' is selected for your front cover:

  • Use the Cover Design Tool to design your covers. It is possible to add background colour, images, shapes and text etc.

  • Click 'save & continue' and proceed to select your cover option.

  • Click the 'Continue' button to return to your full document preview and proceed to checkout using the 'go to basket' button
