If your order has not arrived on the confirmed delivery date, please check your delivery status using the tracking details provided by Royal Mail.
You can check the status using the tracking ID and link shown on your Dispatch Confirmation email.
Delivery Execeptions
If an exception has occurred (e.g. delay in transit, incomplete delivery address etc.) then it will be stated on the tracking page.
Delivery Attempts
If nobody was in when RM attempted to deliver something to your address, they’ll leave a red 'something for you' card.
The card explains why we couldn’t deliver and shows how you can collect your item or arrange a Redelivery.
The card will either detail the office opening hours or ask you to check royalmail.com/services-near-you or the Royal Mail app for times.
They'll also leave a red card if we've left it with a neighbour, or in your Safeplace.
Delivery Hours
Royal Mail aim to deliver to addresses in urban areas by 3pm every working day and addresses in rural areas by 4pm every working day (exceptions are made for remote areas with limited transport links such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland).
