The information provided by the tracking link is the same information available to us. If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery time then please get in touch via LiveChat. Please note that parcel searches can take 48 hours for us to get a response.
We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery method from Tracked 48 service to Tracked 24 or a Weekday courier via DPD for operational reasons.
Please note if we receive an order with an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible for lost deliveries.
