You can check the delivery status using the tracking ID and link shown on your Dispatch Confirmation email.
If an exception has occurred (e.g. delay in transit, incomplete delivery address etc.) then it will be stated on the tracking page.
If delivery has been attempted but failed, a 'sorry we missed you' card should be left by the driver with instructions. You can then contact DPD and arrange re-delivery or collection.

Go to 'My Orders' > 'Orders' as shown in the top right hand menu.
Find the order and click 'View order'
