Which courier do you use?

We cannot deliver your order at a specific time. However, pre-10:30 am, and pre-12 pm delivery is available at a premium (UK only).

It depends on your area and address type. Residential delivery times are from 7 am to 10 pm, and for business addresses from 9 am to 6 pm.

No, our courier does not offer a PO box delivery service. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions.

You can check the status using the tracking ID and your confirmation email. If an exception occurs, it will be stated on the tracking page.

If your order has not arrived on the confirmed delivery date, please check your delivery status using the tracking details provided by DPD.
