If your order has not arrived on the confirmed delivery date, please check your delivery status using the tracking details provided by DPD.
You can check the status using the tracking ID and link shown on your Dispatch Confirmation email.
If an exception has occurred (e.g. delay in transit, incomplete delivery address etc.) then it will be stated on the tracking page.
If delivery has been attempted but failed, a 'sorry we missed you' card should be left by the driver with instructions. You can then contact DPD and arrange re-delivery or collection.
DPD's delivery hours vary depending on your area and address type, although as a general rule they may deliver to business addresses until 6pm and residential addresses until 10pm.
