If Royal Mail cannot deliver your package, they will leave a 'something for you' card with details for redelivery or collection.

If the package is too large for the letter box, it may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your package, they will leave a 'something for you' card with details for redelivery or collection from your local delivery office.

If you know that you will not be available to accept delivery, we recommend choosing our DPD courier delivery option instead. After dispatch, DPD will give you the option to collect your package at a DPD pick-up point instead of having it delivered. Use the 'DPD Pickup Shop Finder' link below to find your closest pick-up point.
