To qualify for same day production and next day delivery, you must place your order before 1pm from Monday to Friday (excludes bank holidays) and choose the next day courier delivery option during checkout.
If your order is placed after 1pm, it will not be eligible for same day dispatch.
There are order line limits of 10 line items. If you require more than 10 products then please place a separate order.
If you miss the 1pm deadline, we cannot manually upgrade the turnaround time for you. Instead, please order with the next available service, which is next day production.
The order must be placed before 1pm. If you make payment at 12:59pm and it does not process until 1pm, the deadline will be missed and your production time will change to next day production. So please ensure you have ample time to make payment prior to the 1pm deadline.
Example with same day production:
Order Monday afternoon at 11:30am
Choose same day production
Order dispatches same day
Order is delivered Tuesday
Example with next day production:
Order Monday afternoon at 1:30pm
Choose next day production
Order dispatches Tuesday
