If your document contains background colours or artwork which goes to the edge of the page, bleed should be added so the content goes beyond the edge. 

This excess will then be trimmed off, ensuring your artwork is printed to the edge of the page.

If edge to edge printing (full bleed) is required, we recommend including 3mm bleed on your artwork.

Please note for covers on Hardback books, Hardback wires, Paperbacks and Paper Over Board binders there should be 6mm bleed included.

If bleed is not added, white borders may be visible.
