How long it takes to receive your order depends on your chosen delivery date:
- If the speediest option is chosen along with courier delivery, we can have your documents delivered in as little as one day.
- If our slowest option is chosen along with Royal Mail delivery, your documents will take longer to arrive.
- You can select a delivery date in line with your requirements during checkout.
If I place my order on <day of week>, when will it be delivered?
Urgent deadline? Do not choose Royal Mail.
If you have an urgent deadline, please choose our speediest turnaround option and courier delivery. Do not choose Royal Mail for urgent orders, as delivery dates are estimated, non-trackable and subject to local postal delays.
Whilst Royal Mail report that 93% of deliveries are made the next delivery day, their service is based on an estimated delivery date only. If you choose this service, please allow up to 2 weeks (10 delivery days) for delivery before contacting us.
Royal Mail do not deem an order to be lost until 10 delivery days have passed.
As above, this service provides an estimated delivery date only and is NOT recommended for urgent orders with deadlines. Doxzoo cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines due to Royal Mail delays.

- Extra time is required for large orders, international delivery and UK delivery to remote areas (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly & Channel Isles) and non-mainland UK.
- From time to time, orders may be dispatched sooner than stated during the order process. For example if you choose the slowest turnaround time (up to 5 days), your order may arrive sooner than stated. However this is not guaranteed.
- Please note, the clock resets at midnight. Meaning if you add an order to your basket at 11:59 pm and complete payment at 12:01 am, the production time resets and +1 day will be added to your turnaround time. The new delivery date will be stated on your order confirmation email - please check this after payment.
