If you have placed a re-order and noticed that the paper is different, please note the following:
Check the spec for the original order vs. the re-order. Do they match? A difference in the thickness (gsm), finish and/or ink colour selection may mean a different stock has been used.
Due to occasional paper brand variance, paper stock with the same gsm and finish may feel different vs. what was used on a previous order.
