With the situation changing rapidly in relation to COVID-19, please rest assured that Doxzoo are following the Government guidelines concerning the outbreak. We are taking every measure to ensure the wellbeing of our customers, contacts and staff.

With this in mind, we have taken the following measures:

1. The majority of our customer service and IT team are now working remotely and they have full secure access to enable them to answer your queries or progress your orders. Our preferred method of communication is via Livechat as it enables us to help you most effectively. Our full range of products and services continue to be available. We continue to use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries. Customers using DPD can re-arrange their deliveries using their tracking link right up to the day of delivery should they need to self-isolate or their location changes. However please note that DPD are no longer offering the option to pick up at a local collection point. As from 28/4/20, Royal Mail are only delivering Monday-Friday until further notice.

2. We operate across three mirrored print production sites in the UK and have the ability to easily and quickly switch work to another site without any interruption to service should any site become infected or disrupted by sickness or staff required to self-isolate. All teams are working separated shifts at each site. However please note that the London Collection point is now shut until further notice, orders can only be delivered.  

3. All production equipment and operational capability is mirrored enabling us to produce the same work regardless of location.

4. All our staff have been fully briefed using Public Health England guidelines to ensure we adhere to any regulations in place and to maintain safe premises for our staff and customers.
