The courier we use for UK delivery is DPD.
Delivery Hours
DPD's delivery hours vary depending on your area and address type. Residential deliveries are from 7am to 10pm and business addresses are 9am to 6pm.
Should you miss your delivery, DPD will then aim to deliver your parcel to a local collection point or re-attempt delivery the following day.
Recommendation
We recommend downloading the DPD mobile app for features which aren't available on the DPD desktop site; including delivery to a 'safe place' and to a collection shop.
One key feature of using the app is being able to set up 'what3words' for your delivery address - what3words uses geographic coordinates to identify your location within a 3 metre radius.
By supplying what3words via the DPD App, DPD will be able pinpoint your address.
