Whilst Royal Mail report that 93% of deliveries are made the next delivery day, their service is based on an estimated delivery date only. If you chose this service, please allow up to 2 weeks (10 delivery days) for delivery before contacting us.
Royal Mail do not deem an order to be lost until 10 delivery days have passed.
